I bought 13 items on December 27th 2022. I understood they were customed made and that it will take 6 weeks for them to make the clothes but after 3 months and no e-mail I started writing and there is where the nightmare began. They kept telling a lot of excuses like the shipment was almost ready and that they had to re do some pieces but when I kept on asking they started to be agressive and threatening me that they will block me if I didn't stop writing. It's been more than a year now and I just want my products or my money back. I know I'm not the only one and I can't believe this "company" keeps being on the market scamming people. Please help me.

I placed two orders on the website of the so called store LOVE THE PAIN at the end of June 2023. (Orders #1362 and #1380) never received a tracking order email, I had to send emails and IG messages until I finally got an email about tracking like two months later. Alas, finally I got the package, but ONLY two items of the 5 I had purchased came in the package, and one of them was the wrong size. Since then I have been se sing emails and no response until I threatened them about reporting to federal trade and finally an email back, the where utterly rude, telling me I’m saying lies, saying I need a care taker! Who am I a taking to anyway? What tope of customer service is this? The told me lies about login in and checking my shippings that where “en route” LIES LIES LIES and more lies.

They have terrible reviews on trustpilot and on this website as well.

This is a terrible experience. I am in awe that there’s actually a company out there taking to costumers like that.

Love the Pain, Inc is a fraudulent custom endurance sportswear company. I had multiple calls with the owner, Ben Haas, in early 2022. We designed multiple pieces for a running club I own. Once we settled on a design, I paid in full upfront for my products. As of June 5, 2023, I am still outstanding $2600 worth of product. I filed a Small Claims Suit against LTP. The hearing was on April 6, 2023. The judge ruled in my favor and requires LTP to pay the outstanding $2669.50 due. I have spend a year and a half sending countless emails with evidence of what products were missing. I have invoices, and all communication is in writing. Not only did LTP ignore the majority of my emails with all documented items, when they did reply, they were incredibly combative. As I was unable to resolve the issue with them directly, I had no choice but to take them to court. This business is a fraud. They take money and will not every send you your order in full, or correctly. Of the items I did receive, half of them were incorrect, or the design was changed without my permission. I would warn anyone to stay away from this fraudulent company.

i bought 1003.89 usd on july 2022 , i ordered triathlons kits that never were delivered, i wrote them by mail, by instagram, by the website chat and nothing, eventhoug the last mail i received they were asking me to stop writting and they threatened me.
