This is so sickening! My friend is grieving the loss of his tiny chihuahua and here these evil people are preying on him and others like him.

My husband and son purchased "KATHY" from [email protected] for me. We were told that she was a purebred appleheaded chihuahua that was coming with her papers, full healthy check, toys and sample food. We were told that she was $500 and then there was a $150 shipping but then they sweetened the deal by lowering the shipping to $105 instead. So like the others mentioned on https://www.scampulse.com/epicchihuahuapets4youcom-reviews, the payment was a total of $605.This is all after the person gets you to divulge that your seriousness for getting the puppy. They even go as far as urge you to call the police and urge them to check their home to make sure that they are breeders so that you feel comforted that they are not scammers. They will wait for their payment and insist that the payment be done through Zelle, CashApp or one other one; interestingly enough, these are payment methods where you CANNOT dispute or recover your payment back.
After making the payment, you get an email from CITY EXPRESS SERVICE with SUBJECT: "Re: Per Successfully Registered for Home Delivery" with a tracking # "PET54541NJ28"(clever how the state is noted in the tracking number) telling you that you will receive your pup at your door but 7PM the following day. No nothing and no one came.
