I spent thousands of dollars at Loving Laser over many years. After Covid, their VM said “closed due to Covid.” I have been trying to contact them for 2 years! Found several posts and threads regarding same issues. One lady took her to small claims court and won.. tho she never got a dime that she was awarded. I was advised to report her to BBB.
