I placed an order online on 10/17/24 for same day delivery and they sent me a confirmation order # 16457. this was suppose to be delivered to my sister and brother in law the same day and nothing was delivered or has been delivered. I called the company several times and it would go to voice mail and no one called back emailed them several times and after the last email they blocked me from emailing them. I am very disappointed that this happened. The information on their web site is:
