They waited 10 days to ship my package that i paid fast shipping for, they created a shipping label on the second day to fool me into thinking it was actually on its way but actually took 13 days. I emailed them every other day trying to cancel my order and they just kept telling me to wait its on its way. When it finally showed up it was a dollar store piece of junk and not what their advertising on facebook and the web ad tempered glass. It has no glass. When i told them i wanted a return address i was mailing it back they refused and said i got excatly what i orderd. Wich their ad clearly says tempered glass in bold black letters. Then they say its been 14 days wich is their return deadline. They waited 10 days to even mail it. Ive tried everything to get them to refund my money and they refuse and i contacted them 5 minutes after it arrived in the mail. I still have all the emails of their responses. They did offer me 5$
