I received a phone call to upgrade my credit card. I do not have credit cards so I knew it was a scam. The person hung up on me. I decided to call back and the lady that answered the phone did not know what I was talking about. I contacted the police and they told me to call the BBB. I was told that the phone number was probably spoofed and that locating these people would be very difficult. I want to know who is doing something about this.

I received a call telling me that I was not in trouble now, but that I could lower my interest rate on my Visa/Mastercard to 0% by talking to a rep. I ended up hanging up and calling the number back and it was not a working number.
