An organization claiming to be affiliated with Lowe's and calling itself "Lowe's Discount Market" offering clearance and discontinued products for low prices. It offers payment options through PayPal. However, the PayPal method gets caught up in a cycle of endless "captchas." Direct credit card payment through the website seems to go nowhere as it does not show up on credit card statements (yet). This is an example of too good to be true. In contacting the local Lowe's, they had never heard of the website and believed it to be a scam. I have attempted to report it to Lowe's main office.
