On April 2, 2024, I received an email from what I thought was Lowe's, Unfortunately, I ddin't notice the email address was not Lowe's; It was [email protected]. The email was offering a free DeWalt Wet/Dry vacuum in exchange for filling out a survey. They message stated that the only thing I would have to pay would be shipping costs of $6.99. I filled out the survey and then put in my credit card intformation for the shipping cos. After I put in my credit card information, there was a paragraph about a Mystery Nutra Club product. Under that paragraph was an option to opt out of the Nutra Club Offer. I opted out, and shortly after, I received an email from them thanking me for my order, Order #**********. They sent another email with an order summary for a Nutra Keto Product for $59.93. I sent a reply to their email address, [email protected], stating that I ddi not order anything and that the credit card they arttempted to charge was canceled. They responded to my email stating that they were sorry that I did not want the product and they stated they could do a partial refund. I did not accept the partial refund;. shortly thereafter, they sent a Cancellation Email. I also emailed [email protected]. I stated that I thought it was all a fraud and that they were working with Mystery Nutra Club. The order number that was listed for the DeWalt wet/Dry Vacuum, Order #********** was the same order number listed for the Nutra Keto Product. [email protected] has a disclaimer about not being affiliated with or endorsed by Lowes. Cardmember Service account Alerts for my bank credit card contacted me by phone and email to see if I authorized charges of $59.93, $80.02, and $39.98. When I stated that they only charge I approved was the $6.99 for shipping costs for the DeWalt Wet Dry Vacuum, they filed a fraud claim, #C-240403002978. My card was cancelled and a new one was issued.
