The offer was for a toolbox if I completed a survey from Lowes Home Improvement Store. I did but it refused my credit card and so I called my credit card company ******** **** ** ************ and spoke with Kathy and she said it's a scam and the company would try to use my credit card in the future to make fraudulent charges. I asked her what I needed to do and she said they'd send me a new card and she recommended to have the Better Business Bureau investigate them and shut down their scam.
