This was an email stating that Lowe’s had rewarded me a gift for tools. The shipping and handling cost was to be provided by me. I allowed the charge for the merchandise that I was to receive. I have not received anything from them and then I was charged for a membership that I was not aware of. I spoke to a representative from this company and informed them that I refused payment and was unaware of what they were charging me for. They tried to negotiate a refund for 60 percent of the amount owed and I refused. I then notified my credit card account and spoke to a representative which assisted me with a Fraud claim. After the phone call with them I received another phone call from the company stating that they would negotiate a 70 percent refund. I was scammed and wanted to report this so we can stop them from scamming anyone else.

The website I ordered from was lowes-shop.us. We ordered a tool chest and the order # we were given was ******************. The amount paid $79.99. I went back to check on order status and the website no longer appears. Supposedly it was a clearance event from Lowe’s in North Carolina and the person who received the payment was Carole Harrison.

I received an email from this company and after visiting their website I decided to order a shed. Below is a picture of the add for the shed . I tried to contact them when the shipping information wasn't updated at the website. Here was their reply
