Notice from "Lowes Protection Plus" stating that the warranty for my LG Washer-Dryer I purchased from the is in effect until September 13, 2024. I have never purchased a washer-dryer from Lowe's and do not own an LG washer-dryer.

I saw in my email that I won a Makita 6 piece combo kit it stated " Congratulations you are the recipient of a Makita 6-piece combo kit! Answer and win Makita 6-piece combo I clicked on and answered questions such a gender and address and so on. Then it said congratulations you won a Makita 6 piece combo. just pay shipping. So I used my credit card and paid the shipping. Then I received a reciept in my email saying that I received one entry to win a Makita 6-piece combo. ( ONE ENTRY!) I replied in the space provited elow that I was ripped off and it said I had already won and so I would be reporting it to various places including BBB.

Website looks very similar to Lowe’s. Advertising deep discounts on Christmas outdoor decor. I realized there might be a problem when the receipt came in email from VIKRASSETH LIMITED

The site looked like it was Lowe's selling off clearance items on Facebook ads. So i picked out the pool we liked and ordered it got a order id # and estimated delivery date which now has came and went. Called the information phone number and guy answered and kept saying wrong number wrong number when i asked about my order that hasn't been delivered yet. Then he hung up on me.

On Facebook there was a Father's Day Special from LOWE'S for a Braun version 9 shaver for $29.98. I opted to buy it but after a few days of not receiving it, I emailed the person at tina@ hatrrd.com.

She wrote back "Hi, Sorry for keeping you waiting for so long. Your order has been packed and shipped and is being delivered to its destination.

your order has been shipped, your tracking number is ************* Please check through the website: https://t.17track.net/en.

Unfortunately, 6 weeks later, I have not received it. I called the Citi Credi Card and put a hold on the payment (dispute). I didn't lose money, but the reason I emailed you, is that I don't want other people to go through this because some may not be able to cancel a payment once it comes for their credit cards. I did cancel the payment.

On June 15, I received an email from Lowe's Customer Support that I had won a $100 award for a survey. I shop at Lowe's and thought nothing wrong with participating in a survey for $100. I accepted and started answering questions on the survey. Then I was taken to another screen to choose from a list of items. I chose a drone. All I had to pay was a shipping charge of $8.25. It required you to use a Mastercard for shipping. I did not accept any other protection plans though I was charged for one at $9.97. I checked my credit card and saw two charges. I called my Mastercard's customer service for fraudulent activity to reject the charges because I no longer wanted this item especially since I saw the additional charge that I did not agree with. The Mastercard customer service told me to contact the merchant first. After 8 days if this has not been reconciled with the merchant to call back. I did call the merchant immediately after hanging up with the Mastercard customer service. I told her (the merchant) I just moments ago purchased a drone and I no longer want it. To please refund me my money. She said it would take 24-48 hours. Well today, June 22, 2023; I received the drone in the mail and the charges are still on my Mastercard. I thought I was dealing with Lowe's. Turns out this drone came from Pueblo Colorado. The outside case has asian writing on it. My credit card statement for transactions dated 6/15/2023, I have 2 reference numbers, company names, phone numbers and states.

The scam is they use a reputable company like Lowe's to lure you into a customer service survey. After that, it is no longer Lowe's that you are dealing with.

they trick you into paying shipping on a thing you have supposedly won , then they covertly enter you in some stupid contest you pay $122 a month to be entered in , I found nothing about this in anything until they had already trapped me
