I order clothing off the app. The online store is only open on the weekend. I ordered clothing in November 2023. I messaged their support team multiple times. They claimed the order wasn’t shipped because of an issue with their manufacturer. Six months later, they still have not fulfilled the order or even given a time frame of when it could be expected. No refund or compensation of any kind.
