I placed my order with this business on November 18 and have still not received any tracking information regarding my shipment. As of December 6, the order appears to have never been shipped. I made multiple attempts to reach out to the business using the contact information on their website, including the email address ([email protected]), the chat bot on the site's homepage, and the phone number provided on the site (703-239-3308). After multiple attempts to cancel my order directly through the aforementioned methods, I ultimately am disputing the charges for my order, amounting to $127.00 in total, with my bank.
