This person stated he was part owner of properties in the Detroit area. My husband went for a tour of one house located on 1293 Belvidere Street, Detroit MI 48214. He met with my husband regarding the tour. They did a complete tour, I reviewed pictures, because i am out of state. We filled out the applications and gave consent for the background check. The process went over a week to two weeks. We kept calling he responded once or twice, saying he was separated from his phone and that's why he could not call back. He never replied about the house, never gave us our money back as we requested and stop responding after a week. We want him reported, because he is running a scam and taking people's application money. Also, we provided personal information such as SSI numbers, pay stubs, photo Id and other information requested for a credit check. We are afraid he will use our information or sell this information to other scammers. We need to know how we can stop him from selling our information.
