Company called & told consumer that her HP was going to crash & they could help her. She allowed them access and offered her Lifetime Warranty for $299.00 plus $99.00 additional. She received support once, but they would not help her after that and she called numerous times. Company website, LTGlobal1.com says they are located in Singapore.
