LTS Associates Group called my mother while I was at work and informed her I had 2 hours to return their call 866-939-7546 or a summons regarding civil action against me would occur. I called the number and was transferred to the "Arbitration" unit where I was asked for my DOB and Social, to which I would not provide. I demanded to know who was bring a suit against me and they said they cannot tell me because it is against the law but if I give them my information they will tell me. I told them I would not provide anything until they told me something. I work in a law firm and told them I would be happy to have one of my attorneys discuss this and they hung up. I also reported this to the Federal Trade Commission. Furthermore, upon research I learned they are targeting Veterans. I am a veteran who served in the US Army.
