Beware - Lucana, is a very unethical company, deceptive customer service.
Lucana is scam sales company. Their healthcare product / customer support is very unethical. I purchased both Lucana and Aviqua on a trial on 11/6/16 from an email advertisement. After receiving the products, I decided against the keeping products, contacted the customer service department and was given two RMA agreements which identified a full refund on each product's return. After I mailed the products with the RMA agreements enclosed, I was only refunded for the Aviqua. When I called about my missing refund for Lucana, I eventually got to speak with a supervisor, who told me their "Warehouse staff" determined not to process the RMA for the Lucana because the product seal was opened. Of course it was opened, it was a risk free trial of the products. He could not explain to me why I was refunded on the Aviqua and not the Lucana. After changing his story a few times, he then said I was lucky to receive any refunds, and hung up on me. Both RMA agreements are attached.
