The scammer (Lucana) had an ad on the internet which offered a trial offer for shipping and handling $5.97). I received the trial offer a 1/2 ounce bottle of their "Intensive Eye Serum". They mentioned that I either had a 14 day or an 18 day trial (confusing at best). I called to cancel the trial product within 18 days as I was billed $89.26 for the "trial" offer and when I asked to be refunded of the "trial"" product I was told that since I did not cancel within 14 day trial, there would be no refund. I countered that the product did not work as advertised and it made no change in me. They were very rude, loud and argumentative. Their ad was vague and misleading and it was not possible to get a clear cut idea of what their terms or even an address with a zip code--they are very "slippery". Trying to visit their website only yielded their ad This is a scam and they are bluffing people out of their money for a product that doesn't work.
