Purchased a border collie puppy sent the money for the puppy, sent the money to the shipper for a specialized crate because of the weather. Was supposed to be delivered door to door by air now they’re saying the dogs in a totally different city and if I want the dog there’s an additional fee. Refuses to deliver the dog and accept the money once the dog is delivered only wanting more money upfront. Refuses to let me have a professional transporter pick up the puppy in the city it’s located in. To this point I believe this To be a total scam as I am out the money I do not have the puppy. I have emails and also text from the Owner of the puppies are proposed owner of the puppies also I have email and shipping documents from the Pet transporter. I will provide them but they’re too many to send the way I’m trying to send this message. Want me to call that
