I purchased 2 items that I saw on their instagram page on 12/15/22. I received an email that the order was confirmed the same day. On 12/27 I received an email that the order has been shipped. After the holidays I completely forgot about the order because I had replaced them. After my mother came up for my birthday and my wife asked if I ever received the sweaters for her I realized that they never came. On 1/20 I sent an email to customer service stating that the order is still not been delivered and I wanted my card reimbursed. 1/23 they responded with,, it’s been shipped, please wait a couple days. 1/25 I responded that it was unacceptable and that items were purchased to replace. On 2/1 the items were delivered. 2/14 I contacted their customer service to start the return process. 2/14 they replied with please tell us the item so we can help you with the next step. 2/15 send them the items and a copy of the order form to start the return process. 2/16 this was their response:” We are so sorry that our clothes don't meet your expectation. We will give you $12 as compensation, can you keep” 2/17 I responded that I wanted to return the items and receive my money back. 2/18 I responded to their email about it will be expensive to return and they will compensate me $40. 2/19 I replayed by refusing the money. I have also filed a report with the US Federal Trade Comission.
