I received a sweater on Jan 5, 2023. The item was too big. I contacted the company via email and was told that the cost of returning the item would be very expensive. They first offered me $5, then $13 and now $21 to keep the item. They said they are located in Dubai. I was paid over $57 including shipping which was no more than $15 and was shipped from a warehouse in the US.
