I purchased several products from the website (hot sauce, jalapenos, chili oil) on December 10, 2021 and selected the day and time to pick up my items. The store I was to pick up the items was not open that day. I have tried contacting the business owner through his website, phone number and email. He has refused to give me the products, a refund or even respond to my emails. It has now been almost 2 months.
