Type of a scam Online Purchase
My original purchase was for $88.97 which included 8 oz of dried sea moss and 2x60 capsule bottles of the powder. When I submitted my order a "special / limited time" offer of 1/2 off a bottle on the capsules I was already paying full price ($30) for so I was excited, of course, so I made another purchase of $15. I received that $15 bottle on January 12th and the tracking info was awesome. They let me know by text when it was shipped and when it arrived. So this is why I'm so confused that they didn't send the original one. This has already been a difficult month to get through with COVID and it being February in Wisconsin and trying to hunt down $88.97 that I foolishly spent on this company has only added more darkness and confusion to already uncertain times.
Due to their poor practices I no longer want their product. Instead I would like a full refund and hope that this report helps others save their time and trouble.
