Placed order before March 20th (2 essential oil kits and an essential oil locket). Received an order confirmation March 19th saying "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent". Money was taken from bank account March 20th. It is now May 4th. I have sent 3 emails inquiring why I have not received shipping confirmation. Last 2 emails I asked for refund. They have not answered any of them. I started digging for information and found NUMEROUS complaints about this company. Same story and all of them lost their money. WHY is no one doing anything about this ?
