I ordered 2 of the electric bikes and the website said it would be delivered in 7 days. After 7 days I emailed the company to find out when the shipment was going to be shipped. I received one email from them asking for proof of confirmation that my credit card was charged and proof of confirmation that their website said that my credit card was charged am I order would be shipped. I screenshotted my copy of the confirmation from their website, as well as the confirmation from my credit card that it had been charged. I have now been trying to get a hold of them for the last seven and a half months and have received no contact from them. I have sent a total of nine emails now and I am going to see if there is any way for me to take further action against this company. If anyone is trying to decide whether to not to purchase something from this company do not purchase anything from this company they are horrible and all they are is scammers.

Placed an order with TV Discount Shop on 12/19/23. Received a comfirmation on the same date. I sent an email to them requesting a tracking number on 2/7/24, when i tracked the package it stated the package had been delivered to an address in Van Nuys, CA. I contacted the Postal Service and verified the package had been delivered to that address. I live in Pelahatchie, MS. I requested a refund, but they refused a refund stating they were a small business and would like to reship my package. As of 6/10/24 I still have not received my package. As a warning never order from a company on FB.

Saw a site for Christmas ornament storage. Ordered after they emailed a code for $5 off. Never received. Tried to cancel when it showed it never was shipped after a month. They aid I couldn’t when I emailed the support center. Waited and still never received. I emailed the support center back and forth multiple times alway same that it’s on the way. Or it was delivered to Michigan and would be at my house in a week or after a week that I needed to give it more time… would not refund my money. Needless to say this order was placed 12/30. I have since replaced my debit card. But never got a refund or the product. The website now says it’s under construction . I must’ve emailed their support center at least 15 or more times back n forth without any success in getting money or product

Purchased two LED monitors on 12/26/23 and never received the items. Was given a tracking number that showed the package being delivered to another state. Reached out to the merchant only to be told that they would contact the logistics company to re-deliver. After 3 months of waiting and reaching out via email, I disputed the transaction with my bank, only to be denied because the merchant supplied a bogus USPS tracking number that showed that the package was delivered and it never was

Thought I was purchasing Christmas ornament storage boxes. Was initially given tracking that was incorrect and showed delivery to another state. Requested a refund multiple times. Never received a refund or the product.

There are multiple websites, multiple phone numbers and multiple locations this online scam is running - while they list US addresses I believe it's probably stemming from China or another country.

Both of these websites list the same contact email address of [email protected]:

https://www.jcutwicil.com/ and https://qpositotli.com/

When you call their number, all it is is a recording that says Boom Boom. it's a total scam. They take your money and never process any orders. They don't return emails and don't have a working number. The second contact number just goes to a mall in California. The address they provided isn't even an address - it's "Lakewood boulevard & E Del Amo Boulevard, Lakewood, CA which is basically a gas station or bus stop. The other website lists 33 Geary St, San Francisco, CA 94102 USA and "Donald Network Media Co., Ltd." as the company name @2024 happy SHOP www.jcutwicil.com a

They advertised the Infinity Game Table by Arcade1up. I placed an order for the 32in one with the 360degree folding table for $59.99 insurance $3.60 delivery 7 /15 days on the 9th i have emailed them on several occasion I have only got one response saying they would check into it and get back with me in 3 days i have heard nothing and its been over 3 days....DO NOT TRUST TREVOR LONG and THE COMPANY HE IS ENDORSING OR AFFILIATED WITH....
