Sizing terrible

I purchased a pair of dark blue runners and measured according to their requirements. I added a size larger (81/2 EUR 39) and when they came they were too small. Not only for me but for my daughter who is a 7 1/2! Don't trust the sizing. Can't return as it will cost too much with Australia Post and the 50% discount code they offered isn't good enough for me to risk wasting more money. Avoid these products.

I ordered and after a month received these sneakers..I ordered them in black-and-white the size was correct and those were the only thing correct.. everything advertised about the sneakers were false..they do not stabilize your foot ..there is no arch support at all they are just a plastic soles..you could never run in these..pics are very misleading..appear very cushiony..when there is no cushion at all..package finally came soaking wet/damaged..Their return policy is to return sneakers in original packaging which was damaged and also that they can only return 20% of my money due to shipping cost ..They stated I could donate the sneakers if I’m not happy...these choices are not acceptable when I did not receive product as described..I am completely dissatisfied...not “100% satisfaction guaranteed”..Because when I reached out to sell her she kept saying the same thing over and over in her email not willing to work with me only to provide their unsatisfactory return policy and no explanation for falsifying their advertisement
