I ordered an rc truck for my son over a month ago. They emailed me back with a dhl tracking#. Its never moved and dhl never received it. Now the tracking # doesn't work and its says fullfilled. They charged my card $59 and I received nothing. Its been a month and the dont answer or return emails. I dont know what to do. At this point I would just like my money back. My order number was 10712 and the dhl tracking was 9361269903502849146791

Ad was in game I download from Google play the game was wild west idle or wild west tycoon I erased app after I tried calling luckkystore no luck been disconnected email had no reply had 2 emails one one my order form an then the one from luckkystore it is spelled with 2 is so know it not me miss writing store name wrong my order was 69 dollars been over month from order and tracking number has not had any activity
