I had the same hard sell pressure tactics / emotional manipulation from Patrick at Lucky Home Improvements in northern NJ last year. As did some of my neighbors. A warning sign: Patrick had a very thick Irish accept. I'm worried that this group may now be doing business under a new name, "Select Paving and Masonry." It was exactly the same thick accent and same high-pressure tactics with this this past week.

Came by offering driveway sealing work and I was seeking other work on the house requiring masonry work. Insisted to trust them as they are a family owned/operated business men of their word. Pressured to pay since job would be done same day. It rained for the weekend and the remains of their work was not the quality expected for what I paid, still have not received a receipt
