Product looks nothing like the advertisement. Advertisement is a 3-D Christmas ornament. Actual product is a two dimensional cut out.

I ordered a Christmas ornament from the Lucky Journey website after seeing their Facebook ad. The ornament advertised on their website looks like a high quality figurine but we received a cheap piece of plastic that looked nothing like the photo on the website. I contacted them via email and asked for a full refund while explaining that they are misleading customers with false advertising. They tried to negotiate a 50% refund but when I pushed for a full refund they ghosted me.
