Signed a snow removal contract with him for two residential properties, He did not clear driveways during the storm. He did not have equipment able to handle snowfall, he was stuck and needed to be pulled out. Both residents cleared snow on their own and he then claimed that he was the one who removed the snow. My 84-year-old father had to snow blow himself out and my 86-year-old uncle had neighbors shovel him out. He is actually using photos of one of the cleared driveways on his Facebook page claiming he did the work. He sent an additional invoice for $416 at 5:37pm on 11/24 Thanksgiving for the extra snow that my family actually cleared. Unreal, so disappointing. I've been able to find 2 others who had contracts and also had the same experience. He is offering no refunds.
