The Insurance service center for the PET CONTROL which is the last Port of check-out by Animal Safety Authorities and Vet Inspectors Requires an Insurance Certification and electronic Temperature regulating crate proceeding the shipment of your puppy.
We realized during our check up that your puppy was delivered at our agency without a pet travel insurance to insure the puppy during the flight. the puppy got to transit and some check ups had to be done by the animal safety authorities , one of our rules in shipping pets is that a refundable insurance fees most be paid to insure the pet during the flight .We do not carry out the shipping of any pets or animal in general without a well certified insurance fees paid. This act of insurance is both advantageous to our clients and the puppies in that if anything happens to the pets during the flight,the insurance company compensates you for all the expenditure you have encored apart from the shipping fee of this puppy ($200) and this money will be refunded in check/cash upon delivery of the puppies.This money is to insure your puppy
during the flight so that if any thing happens to the puppies during the flight like natural disasters or plane crash you will be adequately compensated by our insurance department. so it is for your own good and the good of your puppy and it covers the puppy only during the flight. if your puppy are brought home safely, you will be given back the insurance fees. The cost for the insurance fees is ($980.00) and it will be given back to you upon arrival of the pets if nothing happens to then during the flight.This money most be paid as soon as possible so that we can put your Puppy on the next flight and get back to you with the flight schedule.
Secondly we also want to inform you that due to the difficult climatic condition we face now,we can not afford to fly your puppy without a temperature regulating crate.This is because we don't want to take the risk and allow your puppy to be delivered to you sick or with a more worst health conditions. Due to that reason you will be requested to buy or rent a temperature regulating crate which the puppy will have to use during and after the flight and home delivery. Note that the puppy is too young and fragile at the moment and so can not be boarded on the flight without a temperature regulating crate with an air conditioner to sustain the puppy during the flight
CRATE TYPE Airline Approved Pet Carrier Right now, we are facing some problems to transport your puppy as result of the bad weather so we have decided to Adopt a well heated/ventilated AIR CONDITIONAL PETS TRAVEL CRATE so that it could always moderate the temperature of your puppy while on transit Below > are some reasons why your puppy needs a crate .
(1.) A Crate should Include safe toys to occupy the puppies, keeping in mind he will be unsupervised so choose your toy wisely. NO RAWHIDE'S please!( He is choking hazards and I NEVER gave him - supervised or not)
2.) A Crate will need to be big enough for your puppy to stand in without touching head on top and have the ability to turn all the way around comfortably.3.) Airlines have temperature requirements - especially important for pug nosed breeds such as Poodle ,pugs, Bostons, Maltese pekingese,English Bulldogs Yorkie ,Huskies Pomeranian etc Normally,nothing is shipped when it's over 85 degrees or below 25 degrees but with the adoption of the well heated modern temperature stabilizer crate, This puppy will be shipped . ... The crate which your puppy is registered here with was a regular crate that never had a temperature regulatory system.

DEAR MR/MRS, WE HAVE WITH US YOUR PUPPY, AFTER SEVERAL CHECK UPS THE PUPPY HAS BEEN PROVEN MEDICALLY WELL. SO HERE IS THE FINAL TRANSIT OF YOUR PUPPY FROM OUR AIRPORT AND WE HAVE TO DO OUR OWN TEST TOO. SO YOUR PUPPY HAS BEEN TESTED IN COVINA,CALIFORNIA. RIGHT NOW HERE WE HAVE ALREADY MADE OUR OWN TEST AND YOUR PUPPY IS UNDER 16 WEEKS OLD AND MUST BE QUARANTINED. SO CAREFULLY READ BELOW .
Domestic dogs must be free of evidence of diseases communicable to humans when examined at the port of entry(And the one in this case is our Airport here in Manitoba, Canada ). Dog that appear to be ill upon arrival, with a disease that may be transmissible to humans, is subject to veterinary medical examination, treatment (at the owner’s expense), and/or quarantine.
Dogs must be vaccinated against rabies at least 30 days before transporting within and out of the CANADA. (This requirement does not apply, to puppies less than three months of age or to dogs originating or located for at least six months in areas designated by the CA. Public Health Service as being rabies-free.)
If a vaccination has not been performed, or if the certificate is not valid, the animal may be admitted if it is confined immediately upon arrival at a place of the owner’s choosing. The dog must be vaccinated within four days after arrival at the final destination, but no more than 10 days after arrival at the port of entry. The animal must remain in port under confinement is this money is not paid .
If the vaccination was performed less than 30 days before arrival, the animal may be admitted but must be confined at a place of the owner’s choosing until at least 30 days have passed since the vaccination
WE MADE OUR TEST AND SAW THAT YOUR PUPPY IS GOING TO BE QUARANTINE FOR 13 MONTHS IF THE REFUNDABLE QUARANTINE FEES OF $3000 IS NOT PAID. SO THE TOTAL YOU WILL PAY TO HAVE THE PUPPY WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED IS $3000 FOR THE PUPPY. SO THIS FEE MUST BE PAID OR REFUSAL WILL MAKE YOUR PUPPY TO BE QUARANTINED FOR 13 MONTHS, SO IF THIS FEE IS NOT PAID WE WILL KEEP THE PUPPY FOR 13 MONTHS HERE IN THE QUARANTINE AND AFTER THE 13 MONTHS BEFORE YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE PUPPY YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A TOTAL CHARGE OF $9942 BECAUSE OF THE CARE, TIME AND FEEDING SO IT WILL BE BEST IF YOU PAY THE $3000 FOR THE REFUNDABLE QUARANTINE FEES SO THAT WE CAN GET THE PUPPY ON BOARD TO YOU THEN YOUR MONEY REFUNDED. SO WE THOUGHT IT WELL AND DECIDED TO NOTIFY YOU ABOUT THIS BEFORE WE COULD PROCEED.
THIS PUPPY CAME FROM CALGARY AND BEFORE ANY LEGAL DECISION IS TAKEN WE MUST NOTIFY THEM AND THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE MADE THERE.

WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY THE PETS AIR TRANSCARGO ABOUT THIS , SO THE FLIGHT FOR YOUR PUPPY COMES UP SOON AND WE WILL NOT WANT THE PUPPY TO RISK LOOSING ITS FLIGHT. SO FOR THAT NOT TO OCCUR WHAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DO IS PAY THE MONEY AS SOON AS YOU CAN.
