Scammer sells items online, and only uses PayPal, making actual payment tracking impossible. Scammer issued fake tracker when my Credit card company contacted them but will not contact me. Scammer’s phone number does not work. Scammer’s e-mail bounces back as undeliverable. No product was ever received. I contacted the delivery service through which the fake tracking number was issued and they verbally indicated that this was likely a scam and “happens all the time”. I asked the delivery service if they would be willing to out this in writing, which they refused to do. I refuted the charge with my credit card company, who “completed” their investigation and told me (in essence) - sorry. You lose and if you do not pay, we will report you to the three credit reporting agencies.
