Purchased two items, received the wrong color and dresses were not what we expected. Contacted to make a return and received an email with a bogus address on China as the lease for their warehouse I Chicago was over…I will be disputing with my bank.

You were drawn in by a website displaying the actual name-brand item you wanted at the standard price, so there were no immediate red flags. However, they sent you a cheap knockoff with an off-brand label instead. When you tried to return the item, they sent a long email explaining issues with their U.S. warehouse, and gave you two options: return it to China or accept a partial refund of 30%.
