On Dec 25, 2018, I ordered a DIY Cutting Machine (Cricut) for $49.99 through a link on Facebook. On Jan 18, I received a necklace in packaging that said it was DIY Cutting Machine. I attempted to call the phone number and it says it is disconnected or no longer in service. In the order confirmation email it says to send an email to [email protected] to get the return address, which came back as not a valid email.

I purchased a computer chair from this site after seeing the advertisement on Facebook. The link they provided to view my order and to track the package is a dead link. The phone number is "no longer in service" and when I email them the was not accepted as per [email protected].
