I ordered a dress - it took 7 weeks to get to me and it was the wrong dress when I received it. When I was waiting for the dress I emailed them 6 times to ask for the status and they never responded, I sent them a facebook message and they just would tell me to email them. Once they sent the dress (after when my daughter needed the dress for) they sent the wrong dress. I told them I wanted my money back as this was not the dress I ordered and they told me that they changed the dress description and I should of noticed on my email. After 20+ emails back and forth they aren't willing to do anything.

I have never complained about a company on the ScamPulse.com and it's not about the $56, but you can not market to teens and sell Homecoming dresses and then never send the dress we ordered. I know there are a lot of bigger problems in the world, but I don't want others have to have to deal with this. And they also don't give money back they just give "store credit." That must work for them when they send you whatever product they want. Their customer service is awful!

My daughter ordered 5 dresses for Prom and when they came in, the sizes were not correct and the quality was horrific. I attempted to contact them for a refund but they said only store credit. When I told them I wanted a refund they refused adn so I asked for the dresses to be returned to me- wasted money!!

I ordered an outfit on 12/07. It was more than two weeks and still not delivered. I emailed the company and they replied "All orders ship out of Los Angeles. We design all of our styles in-house in Los Angeles, hence our styles have different shipping timeframes". I went back to the item on the website and that was a lie, nowhere did it show that information. I waited three more days just incase and still nothing, i emailed them again they "apologized" and asked if I wanted a refund, I said YES. I received an email that my order was cancelled, and I will receive a refund in 10 business days. I have not received my refund, I decided to a little research and found multiple reviews from other women who have had the exact situation and warning others. It was too late for me. At this point it is not about the money but it is about the company scamming others, to some $100 is a lot to just throw away.

My daughter ordered the cutest dress from Lucy in the Sky. It looked like a reputable site. The dress was set to arrive on a Wednesday before the big dance. Wednesday night came and went and no dress. We tried the next day to "chat" with them but basically that is just an email. We followed up with regular emails and looked for a phone number with no luck. The website said a reply could be at least 48 hours but we have yet after a week to have a reply back to our several attempts at contacting them. Our credit card company gave us a phone number but that also didn't work. The only thing we got from them was an "invoice" with no tracking number for the dress and money taken out of our account. DO NOT ORDER FROM THAT SITE. IT IS A SCAM.

Shame on them...
