i scheduled to have to have a tatt done to finish a tatt project i was going to have him go over chinese words that he did before and then add a tatt he did he charged me $50 depsit and $150 on the day of the appt no policy on rescheduling fee was discussed and he was perfectly gine accepting the new date my original day was feb 17 that i paid on jan 20th. on jan 23 i rescheduled due to a dr appt for march 3rd again he was fine with it and never discussed a reschedule fee or how much it was , on march 1st i contacted him to remove going over the chinese words cause it didnt make sense to go over then adda fresh one if id have to book again to go over the entire piece so i just wanted to add flowers he acted confused so i reatated that i did not want to go over the chinese letters just the flowers instead of read just black he left me on seen thursday the night before my appt i contacted him in the morning and night he never even opened it friday comes he says nothing i let it be cause it was just $50 but my cousin said im intitled to my deposit cause he did a no call no show so she wrote on his page to demand my refund my appt was at 10 am he contacted back at 11:07 to ask if my cousin was related to me i explained why she wrote on his page and he stated to her that he would give me my refund he left me on read so i called him and he decided to start yelling and screaming saying that the reason i didnt get tatted was cause i didnt send him another deposit cause my appt for march 3rd wasnt valid (he acted this way after i removed the service so had i did not remove a service id have my appt) he proceeded to say my deposit was forfeit cause i rescheduled (keep in mind he still missed my rescheduled date which was match 3rd) he then went on fb to write subliminal shots how im not intitled he then went back and forth with me via insta dm saying derogatory inappropriate things he also was sending me stacks of money saying im not getting my deposit back that was completely unfair and a lot came forward to inform me that hes known for touching women during there session, messing up their tattoos and scamming individuals of their deposit fee. i stated i would report to the ScamPulse.com he then sent me images of someone else exchanging sex for tatt trying to blackmail me on reporting to ScamPulse.com this was the most unprofessional experience unfair experience i ever went through im disgusted on his theory he is unlicensed and is tattoing from a one room he rents in a building for rhe way hes runing businesses he is practicing in a environment that isnt healthy im studying to be a nurse he is at high risk for MRSA HIV ect. he should not be tattooing at all i never cared for the money but being wrong and blackmailing was inappropriate he then tried to give me the run around on how i he only had cash i said thats fine ill come get it he then switched his story how he isnt around for rhat then stated that he would complete my tatt for the deposit fee i told him i do no have interest to ever work with him again and that i just wanted my deposit back. nothing was resulted today is march 6 and nothing im a student who is perdiem i work hard to pay for what i can while in school so it incredibly devastating he did that.
