These two companies work hand in hand. Luis staffing emails a potential employment candidate stating they have reviewed there LinkedIn profile and match a high level job opportunity and request there resume. Once resume is sent, a subordinate from Luis Staffing emails you and states that your resume isn’t filtering correctly through job tracking sites. Recommends you send it to upscaleresumes.com for a initial scan and evaluation for $5. Once you do that they send a canned template response stating that for $100 you can get your resume 100% job site compatible. Luis Staffing says they need your upscaled resume back right away so they can get your info submitted to the fictitious employer. You then pay a ‘rush fee’ and your resume is returned ATS approved. You then send the newly approved resume back to Luis Staffing and subsequently never hear from them again. $105 lost along with time etc.
