PLEASE do not buy from this website. I should've did more research before I bought from there, but they have no phone number to contact anyone just email. Then when you email the email they say you get a response in 1-2 days. I asked about a refund when i noticed all the one star reviews on different websites and the clothes are not what they advertise. The tried to give me a $47 voucher instead of giving me my refund and then did not respond AT ALL after I said I wanted a refund. But they take the money off your card as soon as you place the order but do not want to give you the money back for their scams.

Website says order will arrive in 7 to 10 business days. They charged me 2 days after I placed my order and over 30 days later the items never came. When I emailed the company several times they finally answered and gave me a fake tracking number that never updated and admitted in the email that 1 of my items was never even shipped. After I asked for a refund for the item that didn’t ship they refused.

Never sent my item, fake shipping information, stole my money & PayPal did nothing when I reported them. This is what the company sent me, then when I tried to email back it went to a fake email & no response! They are a Scam & should be shut down. Look at the reviews on Sitejabber to all the women they Scammed.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM LUKALULA. SCAM. Horrible experience. They are not offering a refund for two very cheap items that are small for standard sizing. They offered a voucher and recommended I donate the item. The voucher is not even close to the amount spent on the items. Most of the emails are written in broken english. It seems like a similar complaint and I wish I had looked into them prior to purchasing.

I had ordered 4 dresses for a maternity photoshoot. 3 came in looking like the pictures and all was fine. The 4th one came in looking not even close to the dress I placed the order for. Its a completely different dress from what I ordered.

I contacted them via [email protected] email and they replied within a day and asked for pictures so I sent them what I ordered and what was sent to me. I asked for a partial refund or for them to send the correct dress. The dress I originally placed the order for.

They replied saying that their product have 'slight' differences sometimes and offered me a $13USD coupon, which I find very wrong. I can't even come up with an appropriate word for that. I didn't want to accept so I asked for a refund again or to send me the correct dress free of charge and expedited shipping. They replied that they can't do refunds because it's unavailable and they have no way to process it. They also insisted that I accept the $13USD coupon which doesn't even cover the full cost I lost on purchasing that dress, it cost $54.59 plus shipping. I included pictures of what I ordered and what I received. I am beyond disappointed. I now have to reschedule my maternity photoshoot and find another dress like that that can be shipped fast else where. I also don't have long of my pregnancy left.

I should also mention that it was a different person replying every single time. Also when I initially placed the order they only shipped out half my order, then when I went to complain they said it is due to the order being on pre-sale status which means the tracking number for this order was not yet available but they sent out the second half but only 1 dress came with that one (the red one in the pic) and a couple of days later came the 4th one.

I hope you can help me somehow. I just want my money back and not have to keep going back and forth with them anymore.

I ordered a dress for my maternity shoot and when I saw it hadn't been shipped within in the 5-7 business days as said on the website I tried to cancel my order but the second I went to cancel and followed the directions it lead me straight to a blank page that just said order list. I've contacted customer service 2 times now and no response. Now I'm out $62 and my dress has yet to ship. This company is 100% fraud...

I tried to cancel my order as soon as it was not received within the 6-9 business days as promised on their website, for which you have to pay expedited shipping of course! Then every other day or so I would get a reply from someone in customer service saying my order has already shipped and to please be patient. Once I finally received my order, way after the promised 6-9 business days, the items were a complete joke. I mean, they were so bad I laughed when I took them out. They are fakes, what this company does is steal images of beautiful dresses online, and sells them at $40-$50 USD and what you get is a knock off replica of that image. The replicas look NOTHING like the picture in terms of quality, it’s almost like they aren’t even trying. I immediately emailed asking for the return shipping information, which is what the website says to do, but of course no reply! This is incredible that a company can get away with this still

Do not fall for this maternity scam. They make their stuff look so nice online, take your money, and not send anything. I spent extra money to have a dress on time for maternity pictures. I was unable to track my package. No one to call to talk to. Now I’m stuck with a loss. Alllll of these reviews are true. Do not fall for the pictures and listen to the reviews. These people need to be in jail. This is theft!

This company is a joke. What you see is NOT what you get.. No biggie since you're ordering online but then the customer service is also [censored]. They want to refund me $12 for a dress I paid $47 for. I tried it on & place it back in the packaged bag it came in. The material is cheap, looked and feels like Halloween costume material. I wish I can give 0 stars. I will never purchase anything from them again & warn all my fellow ladies, pregnant mommas.

I tried purchasing maternity dresses off of lukalula for my upcoming maternity shoot. I got charged right away and emailed a confirmation number. Seeing as I got the confirmation number I believed this to be a real site. I was told my order would get to me in 10 - 15 business days. After 10 days I tried checking the web page using my confirmation number to see if the items have yet shipped, my confirmation number did not bring anything up. I tried to use the support page to contact the business setting as they didn't have a direct email or phone number to use. I tried to ask them to let me know where my package was at in regards to being shipped or packaged yet. I let them know I was on a timeline to receive them as I have my photoshoot coming up. I asked them if I would not receive the dresses in time if they could instead cancel the order and refund my money. The support page would not let me submit my statement and insisted over and over that their was an error dispute filling out all required fields. It's been a week since trying to contact them i still have not found a valid form of contact for them. I have tried resubmiting my statement and it still will not go through. I looked them up on Facebook to see they also have a page up as well as numerous complaints about people experiencing the same situation. I have yet to receive a refund, an update, or a cancelation notice. I placed my order on July 3, was immediately charged. It is now July 27th and I have yet to get any form of update.

I purchased several maternity dresses from Lukalula, one for a family photo. The items were received several days after the company indicated that the items would be received (even using the latest estimated arrival date), which was too late to be used for the family photo. Upon receipt, one item had a broken zipper. Most of the items were of a different color or style than shown on the web site. All merchandise were of significantly lower quality material than indicated by the pictures displayed on the web site.

The company has no email contact listed on the public web site, so communication must be initiated using a form submitted via the web site. During a one month period after merchandise receipt, requests to return and refund the purchase were made four times via the form on the web site, but at the present no response has been received.

This is the most AWFUL company I have ever purchased a product from. I am convinced this company is scamming people. I spent $70 purchasing maternity clothes for a photo shoot session and never received the product. The tracking information showed it was delivered to Jamaica. There is no customer service number to call and the online contact form for customer service does not work. I did discover a customer service email in my original email confirming my order and after a month of not receiving anything, contacted customer service. They refused to refund me my money and kept telling me the package was signed for but yet delivered at a mailbox (which doesn't make sense) in Tampa, Florida (I do not live in Florida or know anyone who lives there. I live in California). Despite pointing out this obvious mistake to them in response to their email, they kept emailing me back telling me that I was mistaken, that the package was delivered and they also said I needed to go to my local post office to "prove with documentary evidence" the package was NOT delivered. That doesn't make any sense. After trying over a course of 5 different requests to get a refund, I have given up. I filed a fraudulent claim with my bank. Whatever you do, do not shop at this company and warn your female friends to STAY AWAY!
