Please do not order from this website, they are a complete scam. I ordered a swimsuit, I waited for months for it to be delivered, I exchanged emails with the company and still have not seen it or gotten a refund. My last email was left completely unanswered

A swimsuit was ordered on September 21, 2020 for $12.98 online using a debit card. This product was NEVER received. In addition, the company enrolled the customer in a VIP 'program/subscription' without her knowledge. Three additional charges of $19.95 were made on the debit card for a total of $59.85. One on October 14, 2020, on October 23, 2020, and again on November 5, 2020. These charges were within a 30 day period despite the website indicating these charges would occur ONCE per month. In addition these charges continued to occur despite attempting to cancel this supposed subscription three separate times with three different contacts: email, text message, and phone message.

The customer requested a refund along with cancellation and never received a return response. The only way for the customer to make sure the charges did not continue to occur was to cancel the debit card completely.

It appears as of today, December 9, that this website is no longer functioning. The website indicates that they are issuing refunds however the customer has still yet to receive a refund, nor has she ever received the product she initially purchased: a swimsuit.

I ordered a swimsuit from a company called Lula Rae after seeing them advertised on Instagram. The swimsuit never arrived, and several weeks later they charged my credit card an additional $19.95. Alarmed, I contacted them, and they said I'd signed up for some sort of "VIP Membership Club" (I hadn't.) They are refusing to grant any sort of refund, despite the fact that I never received a single thing from them - not even the one swimsuit I ordered - but more than that I am livid that they now have my credit card information and are using it to charge me for products and services I never ordered. Shamelessly deceitful and unethical.
