Lula hair claimed their hair extensions are good quality human hair . I ordered mine and spent $69. It took me forever to receive the item, I emailed them to cancel it but they have already shipped it . When I received the item weeks later I noticed the hair was not human hair , they looked like plastic doll hair , quality was bad , didn’t meet my expectations. I sent multiple emails to let them know I wasn’t satisfied with the their product but still have not received a response, there is no phone # listed so I couldn’t call to speak to a customer agent. I think this company is a scam. I don’t want to ever buy from them again , they will only accept item replacement, no full refund , something needs to be done
