I saw the ad for the Mestar Pro Iron on Facebook. There was a link to purchase it from lulightshop.store, where I purchased this "all in one" flat iron for $30 USD. It arrived in the mail one week later, but what I received was a cheap, plastic flat iron. I e-mailed the company twice to let them know of the issue. I used the email address [email protected], which was who I received my confirmation from. I heard nothing back. I've looked into this and can't find the company email address and several others on Facebook say the same thing happened to them. In the email it also says you can contact them on Whatsapp (852 6612 7865)

The sender address on the package I received is 4602 Steeles Ave East in Markham, ON L3R 6B6
