The seller offered 1 of 3 items for purchasing the dog bed. 1. 5l dog fountain 2. 2-in-1 dog blanket 3. $30.00 Amazon Gift Voucher.
I choose the 5l dog fountain.
I never received it and contacted the seller who said it was probably lost in transit and a new one was sent. Seller said would have in 5 days. As of 10.28.2024, I still have not received the supposed free item.
I filed a complaint with Amazon and in doing some research on their site, found they have been scamming other Amazon customers but using different aliases but the same address I provided.
