I ordered an item and they did not send me the item I ordered. When asked for a refund, customer service told me I should keep the item “since even though it is not the item I ordered it is still nice” and did not want to refund me my money. After arguing with the fraudulent company they gave me an address to a man in China to send the item back to. The man refuses to pick up the item at the post office in China even though he has been notified by usps that the item arrived back to him. The company will not refund me my money. I had to contact my bank to file a dispute to get my money back. I am reaching out in regards to my experience with this fraudulent company posing as Lululemon so the same experience does not happen to another person.
