These people are a scam. Supposedly SharkTank was advertising a "miracle" cream that works wonders and bags and wrinkles go away under your eye within a few minutes. The video starts and a lady had a dollup of some creamy substance on her finger that she says is this LumaBelle skin cream. There is no product in the picture, all you have to go on is her word. And she keeps talking and sure enough in a few min the bags and wrinkles were gone. So I was like, sure, I would like to try that! The ad was for a trial offer for around 5 bucks. There were no boxes explaining that it was anything more than that. Another window pops up quickly about the eye serum. I didn't know I was choosing two separate products. I thought I was buying one trial package for around 5 bucks. I called I looked on my bank statement and I had been charged twice, one for the cream, and one for the serum. Flash to a few weeks later, I received another box with the items and no paperwork. Huh... I look at my credit card statement and I had been charged $ 84.95 and $89.92 by two different locations. In the meantime, another box shows up. I call one number. I get an answering machine. So I called my bank. It's a scam. I am waiting to receive documentation to file a dispute and for unauthorized charges and protest the charges. So I call the phone numbers on my bank statement. I got an answering machine. So I call the second charge with the other number. It's the SAME VOICE! And same answering message. The next day I call again. I am in a queue for 20 minutes to talk to someone. I spoke with Shaniece. And she said sorry for my confusion, if I would like my account canceled, they would cancel it but hate to see me go. I'm like, what account, I purchased a trial sample. I said I did, but I received no documentation in my box. I do not want the product. I want my money back who said the only way a refund could be issued was with my bank on the phone. NOPE, not going to do that. So Shaniece went into a spiel and said that I signed up for a two week trial and at the end of the two weeks, if I had not cancelled, I would be charged 89 bucks apiece for the cream that I ordered and also 89 bucks for the "eye serum" that they took it upon themselves to tack on for me. She stated I ordered the cream and the serum and there was a 14 day trial. If I didn't like it I would be receiving shipment every month for the items.. There was NOTHING in the box or the website. And there was NEVER another one. I told him, I did not check any box, or see any fine print, etc. Well, after going back and forth, she so generously offered to give me her "employee discount" as a refund, at 25% of the amount charged to my card. I refused profusely that I want all my money back. Then she offered me VIP membership which could get me 50% refund. I said again. I want ALL of my money back. The CSR is very slick and well prepared. I was willing to take half the share of and allow the payment of the first set of items. But I did not want or allow these people to charge my card twice for a second set of items. I have contacted my attorney.
