Type of a scam Online Purchase
I was charged for two postage packages ($4.95 ea.) on my credit card. My packages have not arrived yet. I started to look into the Company and found numerous scam messages. Now I find out my credit card will be charged the full amount of the product, within so many days after delivery.
I called the company, cancelled the product, was told I have to wait for the delivery, I can't just refuse the delivery, the product must be returned by me. I have to call an get the return address at that time, and would have 30 days to return items, at my own return shipment cost. It is very hard to find the correct name of the Company, or address.
I was charged a Foreign Transaction Fee by my bank, the company is not in the US.
If I do this no extra charges will be put on my card.
So far I'm out the postage.
Felt the BBB should be aware of this company's practice. Their policies are not clear.
