I saw the advertisement for their product to help with weight loss, I made the purchase on September 26, 2022 and have never received the item. I have sent three separate emails which have all be returned as undeliverable. This is the only form of contact they have. There is no phone number or live chat available. When looking up the address, I found something located in Washington D. C. On School Drive which is a neighborhood with homes. When looking at the tracking number provided, it is the same tracking numbers that are that of shipments from China.
