Lumi Style Me Now Reports & Reviews (5)

On 1/27/24, I had seen a post on Facebook about how to dress for my age (50’s) according to a quick quiz and upon completion I selected a variety of different styles of clothing that I liked, as I had done in Stitch Fit.

I was then given payment options, which I had selected the $0.33/day option and was originally charged a total of;
$8.99
$0.99
$4.99
$0.99
$0.99

and was unsure as to whether or not my order had been completed, therefore I had sent an email (which unfortunately was an automated one which I was unable to make a copy of) and received a response that my order had been received and was being processed.

From that date on, I hadn’t received any products, however yesterday I noticed another few charges where was again posted directly through my PayPal account.
This time in the amounts of:
$59.99
$4..99
0.99

Upon looking into this, I have seen all over the internet that Shop Me Now Lumi is a scam and when I went into Shop Me Now, it clearly states right on their email notification form that they are in no way affiliated with Lumi.

I thought I was dealing with Shop Me Now the entire time that I was completing this transaction, and didn’t now I can’t even get in touch with anyone to cancel my subscription.

I didn’t even click on the link to charge my PayPal account when checking out the STYLE ME NOW info I was interested in. I had entered my information, but having recently been scammed I stopped and went to Google to check the company out before submitting an order. When I tried to go back to the page I couldn’t. I went to my PayPal account and there was a charge of $39.99 to STYLE ME NOW!
I sent an email to the name.com but have not received any communication from them. I am going to see if PayPal can help with this matter.

I signed up thinking I would be getting tips for what to wear when one is short and fat. But never got any information on how to go about getting "styled". I just let that 1.99 go, but now I find they have billed my credit card 64.98...for what? I want a refund!

You pay a £2.99 as a so-called trial, not sure what I got and then they take $49.99 out of your bank by PayPal. You never receive anything in return or ever receive an email. This is trickery at its best and that's being kind 3 times they took $49.99 from my account and refused to give it back. Its cancelled now but please warn people

Initial service said to fill out a survey form, for $.99 cents, it would return a fashion analysis via email. This did not happen. 3 days later, the scammer, Lumi.place "Style Me Now" charged my PayPal account $49.99 for clothing?/product? that I did not order and had no information on as far as content, quantity, etc. I tried to login to the app / website to see what information I could find in my account but UNABLE TO LOGIN, and UNABLE to RESET PASSWORD, Customer Service emails continue to AVOID all questions and requests I have made to get into the account I created so I can CANCEL the subscription. I have received nothing, no clothing, etc. and Lumi.place "StyleMeNow" has not responded to my multiple requests.
