I also ordered what was supposed to be a 7 day trial for shipping cost only of $6.95. Upon review of credit card statement I found I was billed $119.00 for each bottle! I have made about 20 phone calls and numerous emails to no avail. Always get told product in not returnable and no credits can be issued. What kind of business is this? Product sells for $18.95 on Amazon. Unbelievable! January 2023 was order and I’m trying my darnest to get my money back but also expose this scam! One rep mentioned DC Consultants so that is my next attempt.

The site is selling a free trial of Lumina Luxe by only paying $6.95 shipping fee. I received my “free trial” and before it even came in the mail they charged my credit card $119.00. On 2/6/23. I read nothing on the site that it was a subscription or anything but a free trial. I couldn’t even find how much it would cost if you wanted to buy it. My CC company called me with a suspicious charge from a company that I’ve never heard of called The learning school and office supplies company but then noticed the $6.95 charge was the same company. Wow! Getting a new card now.

I received my face cream (free with 6.95 shipping on a Facebook form)) and then got a "weird" feeling that this may be a scam so I started googling and found this is a "subscription." I called right away to cancel and was told that I could not cancel until 7 days within my 30 day trial period was up. The product is a 7 day trial so why 30 days! I told them I do not want any further shipments or charges on my card. She again said I have to call within 7 days of my free trial period. Calling my bank to see if I can block any further charges from this company. Will get a new card if that's what it takes! I should have known better!

Lumina Luxe sent me a product that I did not order. They advertised one thing and sent another. And the one they sent me is a scam! I tried to cancel but this account is still active I want to cancel it but I can’t reach anyone! Please tell me how to cancel Lumina Luxe.

I rcvd a 2nd invoice for $119.95. Cancelled future orders. Stuck w/ product. I rcvd the product on the 7th day of “trial” period. You can’t TRY something if it’s still in your warehouse!
This is a 2nd complaint I’m writing. Apparently, my first one didn’t go through. I told customer. serv. rep this is bad business. She said I couldn’t return the product. I said why would I try your product if I’d known I would be billed $119.95? when I can get it on Amazon for $40 or less!

I ordered on 01/14/2023. It said 7 day trial period for $6.95. My complaint-your 7 day trial period begins the day you order. I rcvd. my cream on Sat., 01/21/23. That was my 7 day trial without getting to TRY the product. On Sunday, the 22nd, I rcvd. an invoice for $119.95! I am stuck with product I’ve tried 3 times without even knowing if it works! I cancelled only future orders(how nice of them). Customer Service said there is no refund policy; that I could not return the product. I told her this is bad business practice and in my opinion close to being fraudulent. They reel you in with “7 day trial”. I told the customer. serv. rep. I ordered product because of the trial period. Can’t go wrong with trial period, right?
I cannot comment on the product itself because I barely got to try it. Anyway, I told her I could buy their product on Amazon for $40 or less.

I received my free trial today in the mail. Read some reviews and called number on jar right away. Was on hold for about 10 min. 855.231.9407. I was able to cancel my "subscription" and no further charges to be included. Tried to resell me at discounted pricing. Fine print had to be in the add as I received no info about a subscription any other way. I'll be watching to see if I get charged but thanks to the reviews I hope to have mitigated the issue.

I fell for the 6.95 offer and received the sample size of the product. I attempted to cancel but as with others have reported that is nearly impossible. When I saw the charge for $119 on my card, I called again and did finally reach someone. They informed me that I didn't follow the proper method to cancel and that they could not connect me with a manager or supervisor because they were working from home and didn't have a way to transfer. I asked for a direct line and was given the same 855 number that I had just called.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! First their product is mostly water! I bought it for the $6.95 trial and tried and tried to call within the 7 day trial period to cancel. I NEVER got to talk to anyone. After sitting on hold, at the 11 minute and 30 second mark my call always got disconnected. I have had to change my bank account info and am disputing the charges.

THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE IN JAIL!

I order the free sample of $6.95 charged twice . On December 11 they took out 240.00 from my account for a free sample . What a scam ! Called customer service twice . You would like that 240.00 would give you a years worth of products , but no just your free sample for $252.00

On 11/22/2022 I ordered Lumina Luxe Anti-aging Cream, eyes and face. I only had to pay shipping $6.95ea item, total $13.90, charged to my credit card. I received my credit card bill with two charges of $96.95 and two charges of 6.95. I am expected to pay $207.80 for a 15ml and 30ml anti-aging cream! They can be purchased on Amazon, Walmart, etc for a little over $20.00. I’m tired of getting ripped off!

I purchased eye serum and moisturizer from an ad I saw when I was playing Word Connect. It was supposed to be FREE sample sizes with $6.95 shipping per product, but they took out $64.95 instead. My receipt shows the shipping price only for the 2 sample products I ordered, not the $64.95.
