Mostly advertised on social media, I should have done better research before hand, but the ad included a well known dermatologist. I purchased a skincare device. After purchase from their website, I immediately felt guilt/intuition that something was shady. I tried to cancel but there is no option to cancel. I emailed support right away but they did not respond until after the item shipped. First they said I did not meet return qualifications, but after further correspondence, they said I have 30 days to return an unopened unused product, and on my expense. Then they will refund after receipt of product. Their website claims “30 day money back guarantee” which implies if not satisfied that you can return product. They are very tricky with their wording. After purchase I checked the refund policy carefully and it stated that if we qualified for return, they would send shipping label and instructions. But their email said they don’t pay for shipping. I took a screenshot for records, and they have since changed their wording after my email correspondence. Lesson learned, due diligence! Can’t even report a claim because the company doesn’t exist. And the dermatologist they used (and probably everyone else used in the ads) were stolen clips from those people. The dermatologist was actually reviewing a $14 similar device and saying how it probably doesn't work.

Same happened with me.. m currently disputing it with my bank as i paid with credit card.
