Purchased personalized Christmas PJ for a family of 5 back at the end of October. They said it should take about 2 weeks. Ever since then when I try to track package it gives me error code or says sorry you are having trouble and gives me a link that does nothing. I have tried getting a refund from American Express but they will not allow since there is chance package is lost in transit from UK.
